Terms and Conditions
Reports – Active Testing Solutions confirms that at the time of sending the Sample Analysis Report, all information contained in the report is true and correct. Reports will be withdrawn if Active Testing Solutions consider that any variation to the original information provided has occurred and will render this report invalid.
Payment – Payment must be made within seven days of the invoice date.
Cancellation Policy – 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations to avoid being charged the cost of the test.
Disclaimer/Limitation of Liability – Active Testing Solutions will not be liable for any damage caused to property during the sampling process. A 100cm square area per sample will be taken using our methanol infused swabs as per NIOSH9111 best practice. Any damage that may occur during the sampling process will not be the responsibility of Active Testing Solutions.
