This is because the most important aspect of the subscription is the Maintenance Assessment, which is carried out by one of our qualified builders. This is a deep dive visual inspection of your rental property.
The assessment produces a 30 – 40 page report, which allows Landlord’s to intentionally plan for the maintenance requirements of their rental properties.
This annual property assessment is conducted by our qualified builders who will ensure your rental continues to comply with the Healthy Homes Standards.

This programme includes free replacements of smoke alarms when they’re faulty or have depleted batteries, using $49 Cavius smoke alarms (excludes tenant damage). Given that it’s illegal for tenants to disturb a smoke alarm, we guarantee a replacement / assessment within 48 hours of notice, to get them working as soon as possible.
